About DumpTrump
DumpTrump is a public-interest archive. It collects what has been documented about the Trump administration, the Trump family's finances, Elon Musk's government dealings, and the cost to the public, and it organizes that record so anyone can search it by issue, person, organization, country and date.
What makes a page public
Nothing appears on a public page until it passes the same checks:
- a reviewer has read the story and approved the current revision;
- every factual sentence has at least one citation to a source we opened and dated;
- each citation carries a locator (paragraph, section, page) so a reader can find the passage;
- the evidence label matches the strongest source: a court record is a record, a newspaper investigation is reporting, a think-tank or committee staff number is an estimate;
- the subject's response or denial is included when one exists;
- unlike kinds of money are never added together (a net worth estimate is not income, a contract ceiling is not revenue, a gift's appraised value is not a payment).

What is still under review
The site launched from a research set of 62 records. Only records that passed review are public. The remainder stays in a private editorial queue until each has checked sources and a reviewer sign-off. The counts below show how much is still in review by issue, without naming unverified material:

Leads marked "unverified" in the research set are never published as findings. If the research cannot be verified they are closed, not softened.
Who is behind this
DumpTrump is edited independently and funded personally by its editor. It is not affiliated with a party, campaign or committee. The site accepts no advertising. The editor's identity is available to journalists on request through the contact form.
